Q: What makes a Modern Muffin modern?
A: All of our flavors are original recipes, created as unique spin offs of your well-known favorites. For example, instead of a lemon poppy seed, we have orange pineapple poppy seed. There are no artificial ingredients or flavors in any of our muffins. Most muffins you find on the market are made with bleached flour and tons of added sugar and oil. We have modernized ours by using high quality ingredients and lots of fruit to sweeten the muffins instead of the added sugar. We also individually wrap our muffins to keep them fresher, enabling you to enjoy them as a perfect grab-and-go snack or breakfast.

Q: What is the shelf life of your muffins?
A: They will be fine for 3-4 days on your kitchen counter or on-the-go since they are individually wrapped. But because there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives in our muffins, the best way to keep them for optimum freshness is 2 weeks in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer.

Q: How long do the muffins take to ship once I order?
A: Once the order is processed and the muffins are baked, we ship USPS 2-day shipping. There are very few instances where they'll take 3 days. We always recommend putting them directly in your freezer where they will stay fresh for months.

Q: When do you ship your muffins when you receive an online order?
A: We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to guarantee that our perishable muffins will arrive in 2-3 days and not sit in a post office over the weekend.

Q: If I don't want to purchase muffins online, can I buy them in any retail stores?
A: Yes! At this time, you can find our classic muffin line in Whole Foods Market stores in the south region as well as approximately 30 Harris Teeter locations around the Charlotte Metrolina region. We are selling every day, so keep an eye out for more locations to come. For a full updated list of our retail stores, please visit the Find Us tab at the bottom of our website.

Q: What is in your protein blend that use for the High Protein muffins?
A: These muffins are very unique, because we do not use whey protein! It's an organic plant-based protein made of: pea protein, sprouted brown rice protein, amaranth sprout, buckwheat sprout, millet sprout, quinoa sprout, garbanzo bean sprout, lentil sprout, adzuki bean sprout, flax seed sprout, sunflower seed sprout, pumpkin seed sprout, chia seed sprout, sesame seed sprout, tapioca fiber, chia seed, and flax meal.
